VANCOUVER, B.C. - The Moe's Home Collection flagship store here is undergoing a 17,500-sq.-ft. expansion that will bring the building's total square footage to more than 51,000.
Sara Samieian, vice president of Moe's wholesale division, said the expansion and renovation involves adding a third level and that the first floor will remain open during the renovation. "Our main office, along with our warehouse, will be located in this building and we'll have a total of about 35,000 square feet of showroom space."
The showroom will house new product categories such as tableware, bedding, children and pets, as well as an expanded rug gallery. In addition, the company will introduce several new furniture and home accessories galleries or branded shop-in-shops within the space, including Global Views (750 square feet), Phillips Collection (1,500 square feet) and Natuzzi Editions (2,000 square feet).

The first floor will remain open throughout the renovation and expansion, which is expected to be completed later this fall.
